Have you ever gone through a neighborhood and wondered why a particular house for sale hasn’t sold yet?  Here are three common reasons why homes sometimes fail to sell:

1. Price. If the house is priced over its market value, the house may get a lot of showings but no offers. That's an indicator that it is overpriced.

2. Condition. In today’s market, if a house is cluttered, requires repairs, or if there's a smell, it can deter people from submitting an offer.

3. Marketing. Due to the pandemic, marketing has become essential, specifically online marketing. According to the National Association of Realtors, 97% of buyers start their home search online, prefer to do virtual tours through a home, and want to see professional photos.
